Grant Application

The Emory T. Clark Family Charitable Foundation accepts grant applications through our online application portal. Applications must be submitted by July 15. Organizations are strongly encouraged to apply prior to the deadline to allow time for review and follow-up if additional information or documentation is needed before applications are presented to our Board of Trustees.

Please be prepared to upload the following documents with your application:
• IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter
• Current Organization Operating Budget
• Program or Project Budget related to this request
• Most Recent Financial Statements and/or Audit (if available)
• Current Board of Directors List
• Proposal Narrative / Program Description
Optional supplemental materials may also be submitted, including annual reports, brochures, marketing materials, photos, or additional supporting documentation.

Please note that all grant funding must directly support programs or services within the state of Wisconsin.
